Terms
Terms of Service
The terms you accept by using this website, and what the information here is and is not.
Last updated 5 October 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated by [registered legal name — to be confirmed], company registration number [SSM registration number — to be confirmed], trading as Cellove Wellness. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. This website is not medical advice
Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consulting a doctor. It is general information about how we think and what we consider.
Reading this site, sending an enquiry or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That begins only at a consultation, after a doctor has taken a history and examined you.
Whether any approach is appropriate for you is decided in consultation and cannot be decided from a web page. Do not delay seeking medical attention, or stop treatment a doctor has prescribed, because of something you read here.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department. We do not monitor this website, email or WhatsApp outside working hours, and neither is a route for urgent care.
3. No promises about outcomes
We make no claim and give no guarantee that any approach will produce any particular result. Individual responses differ, and suitability is assessed case by case.
Health advertising in Malaysia is regulated by the Medicine (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1956 and the requirements of the Medical Advertisements Board. The content of this site is written to stay inside those limits. If you believe something here overstates what we can do, tell us at [general enquiries email — to be confirmed] and we will review it.
4. Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the enquiry form or a WhatsApp message asks us to get in touch. It does not reserve an appointment and does not commit either of us to anything. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly.
We may decline an enquiry, and we will say so plainly where what you are asking about is not something we should be handling.
5. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or to attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public;
- interfere with its operation, or submit anything designed to damage it;
- submit false information, or someone else’s personal data without their permission;
- copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use without our written permission.
6. Our content
The text, diagrams, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, keeping any attribution intact.
The two explanatory figures on this site describe general principles of evidence appraisal and delivery. They carry no measurements and are not data about our own results. They may be quoted for educational purposes with attribution.
7. Other people’s sites
We link to WhatsApp and to social media platforms. Those are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Information may become out of date between reviews.
9. Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, from the site being unavailable, or from your use of any third-party site we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, these terms do not affect the duty of care owed to you as a patient once you are under our clinical care.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
